Deliverables

What you get

  1. 01

    Audit PDF

Findings with screenshots and evidence. Every issue gets a P0–P2 severity.

    Loom, 10–20 min

A screen walkthrough of the critical paths. No camera theater, no fluff.

  3. 03

    Tag map

Ads ↔ GTM / gtag ↔ GA4 ↔ CMP. What fires, where and when.

  4. 04

    Fix list

Prioritized, with a hint on who should implement it: you, us or your agency.

  5. 05

    Handoff call

Tag map

  1. Google Ads
  2. GTM / gtag
  3. GA4
  4. CMP

Fix list

  • P0Form sends no conversion while mailto: counts as PrimaryYou / dev
  • P0Consent Mode v2: no default state before the CMP180hb
  • P1Two AW tags fire the same conversionAgency
  • P2No enhanced conversions for leads180hb

Full implementation isn’t part of the audit price. That’s a separate fix sprint, quoted after the diagnosis.

Diagnostic scope

What exactly we check

The same checklist on every audit. Nothing slips through, and results are comparable after the fixes.

  • GA4 ↔ Ads linking

Is the property linked to the right accounts, and does data flow both ways.

  • Primary vs Secondary

Which actions actually drive bidding and which just add noise.

  • Currency and values

Do conversion currency and values match the business and Ads value rules.

  • Duplicates

GTM, in-code tag, GA4 import: is the same conversion counted twice.

  • Consent Mode v2

CMP behavior and consent signals verified in Tag Assistant, not taken on faith.

  • Observed vs modeled

How many conversions you really see and how many Google fills in.

  • Enhanced conversions

Status, data quality, and whether they make sense in your funnel at all.

  • Form, mailto:, tel:

What really drives optimization, and whether that’s what makes you money.

  • Cross-domain and ecommerce

Linker across domains, transaction_id and purchase dedup, where relevant.

Server-side tracking

Server-side tracking, minus the hype

Tags send data to a tagging server on your own domain first, and only then to GA4, Google Ads and other tools. The browser loads fewer scripts, and you decide what data leaves your infrastructure.

  1. Browser
  2. Server on your domain
  3. GA4 · Ads · Meta

What you gain

  • Longer-lived cookies

Safari caps cookies set by JavaScript at 7 days, so a returning customer looks new. Cookies set by a server on your domain last longer, provided the server runs on the same infrastructure as the site.

  • Fewer lost events

Some blockers and browser settings stop requests to Google domains. Requests to your own domain get through more often, and the Ads vs GA4 gap shrinks.

  • Control over data

Before forwarding, the server strips IP addresses, URL parameters and personal data sent by mistake. Each tool receives only the fields it needs.

  • Backend data in conversions

The server enriches events with margin, order status or lead quality from your CRM. Value-based bidding then optimizes for profit, not just revenue.

  • A lighter site

Ad pixels such as Meta or LinkedIn can run server-side. The browser downloads fewer scripts and the page loads faster.

Fit

Who it’s for

A good fit if

  • You pay for Google Ads and don’t trust the GA4 numbers.
  • You run lead-gen or ecommerce on GTM or gtag.
  • An agency “owns analytics”, but nobody produced an Ads → conversion map.
  • You want a fixed scope and a concrete result, not another monthly retainer.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is this Ads management?

No. It’s a measurement and attribution audit. Campaigns stay with you or your agency.

Do I need GTM?

Not required. We also audit hard-coded gtag. GTM usually makes the fixes faster.

Do you audit server-side tracking?

Yes, if you run it. We check the server GTM container, the tagging server domain, and whether server events duplicate browser tags.

Do I need server-side tracking?

Not always. With modest traffic and a simple funnel, well-configured browser tags are enough. Server-side pays off in ecommerce, at higher spend, and where data control matters. The audit tells you whether it makes sense for you.

What access do you need?

Viewer / Analyze in GA4 and Ads, plus read access to GTM and the CMP. No permanent admin.

Is my data safe?

We work with read-only access and change nothing in your accounts during the audit. When we’re done, you simply revoke access.

How fast do I get results?

Typically a few business days after access. We confirm the exact date by email after the kickoff.

Do you fix things during the audit?

The audit is diagnosis plus a fix list. Implementation is an optional fix sprint, quoted after.

What if you find nothing?

You get it in writing: a tag map and evidence that your measurement is consistent. Then you can scale spend with confidence.

Polish or English?

Both. Call, PDF and Loom in Polish or English, your choice.

Fix measurement first.
Optimize second.
